1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the dhoni88 platform and all services under it. Any user who accesses the platform through the dhoni88 website, mobile application, or any other means is considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

In this document, "platform" refers to all dhoni88 services, games, betting facilities, and related activities. "Member" refers to a registered user, and "you" refers to any person using the platform.

dhoni88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms take effect as soon as they are published on the platform, and continuing to use the platform means the member has automatically accepted the amended Terms.

2 Membership and Registration

Registering as a member of dhoni88 is entirely voluntary. All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false information may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Only one account per person is allowed. Multiple accounts under the same person's name are strictly prohibited.
• Registration requires a valid email address and an active mobile number.
• Identity must be verified through OTP confirmation.
• Your full name, date of birth, and payment method details must be entered correctly on the account.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

dhoni88 may at any time request a copy of a national ID card, birth certificate, or passport. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended.

3 Age Requirements

Age is determined based on the date of birth provided at registration. If it is found that a member registered under the age of 21, their account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be cancelled. Helping a minor open an account or placing bets on their behalf is also prohibited.

4 Account Management

Each member is personally responsible for the security of their own account. It is every member's responsibility to keep their password secure, not share account details with third parties, and immediately report any unauthorised access.

4.1 Account Security

• Use a strong password — a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Do not share your login password with any third party.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, contact the support team immediately via live chat.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.

4.2 Changing Account Details

To change your mobile number or payment method details, an identity verification process must be completed. Name changes are generally not permitted, but an application with supporting documents may be submitted in special circumstances.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals on dhoni88 must be made using the designated payment methods. All transactions must come from the member's own account — third-party transactions are prohibited.

5.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).
• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method).
• Funds are added to the account once the deposit is completed.

5.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

• Accepted withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• The account must be fully verified before a withdrawal request can be made.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

dhoni88 offers various bonuses to members. Each bonus has its own terms, which must be read carefully before accepting.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,500, and ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses apply only when deposits are made using the designated methods.
• Funds from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements are met.
• Attempting to earn bonuses through multiple accounts will result in account closure.
• dhoni88 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

7 Betting Rules

A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled. Before placing a bet, make sure you are clear on the rules and odds of the chosen game or event.

7.1 Casino Games

All casino games operate according to a set RTP (Return to Player). The outcome of each game is controlled by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is completely impartial. Live casino games are operated in real time by professional dealers.

7.2 Sports Betting

Odds shown in sports betting are subject to change. The odds at the time the bet is confirmed are considered final. If a match or event is abandoned, bets will be settled according to dhoni88's set policy.

7.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-way due to a network disconnection or technical problem, the game result will be determined based on the data saved on the server. In such situations, dhoni88's decision is final.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited, and any breach will result in immediate account closure:

• Creating or using multiple accounts.
• Attempting to meet wagering requirements at low risk using bonuses (bonus abuse).
• Attempting to manipulate or hack the platform's software or gaming systems.
• Accessing or using another member's account.
• Any form of financial fraud or money laundering.
• Using automated bots or software to place bets or play games.
• Harassing or threatening platform staff or other members.

When an account is closed for prohibited activities, all funds in the account may be forfeited and legal action may be taken if necessary.

9 VIP Program

dhoni88's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback rate.

9.1 Cashback Rates

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

9.2 Cashback Calculation

Weekly cashback is calculated at the applicable rate on the total net loss for the week (total losses minus total winnings). For example: if a Gold tier member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback.

VIP tier upgrades depend on consistent activity and overall usage. dhoni88 reserves the right to change VIP criteria.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

dhoni88 uses SSL encryption and the highest security measures to protect members' personal information. Information provided by members is used only for operating the service, verification, and meeting applicable legal obligations.

11 Limitation of Liability

Participating in gaming or betting activities through the dhoni88 platform is entirely at the member's own choice and responsibility. dhoni88 accepts no responsibility for the following:

• Losses caused by technical problems with the member's network or device.
• Losses resulting from the member's own negligence or provision of incorrect information.
• Any problems with the account caused by third-party actions.

12 Changes to Terms

13 Account Suspension and Closure

13.1 At the Member's Request

Any member may voluntarily suspend their account temporarily or close it permanently. In such cases, any withdrawable funds remaining in the account will be returned through the designated method.

13.2 At dhoni88's Initiative

dhoni88 may suspend or close an account at any time for the following reasons:

• Breach of these Terms, particularly the prohibited activities listed in Section 8.
• Providing a false identity or information.
• Failure to submit required verification documents.
• An account that has been inactive for a long period (more than 12 months).
• Legal obligations or regulatory directives.

13.3 Self-Exclusion
